  • How do I create an account?
    1. On the home screen, click on CREATE ACCOUNT
    2. Download the New Wholesale Account Packet
    3. Fill out the Wholesale Agreement and the Wholesale Client Information Sheet and fax to: 636-856-0509
    4. Your information will be entered into our system
    5. Your wholesale account manager will contact you once your account is set up
  • Once my account is set up, how do I edit my account information?
    1. Log into your account
    2. Under Manage Account, click on Your Address Book or Account Details and make changes necessary for billing, shipping, or password
  • How much is my shipping?
    UPS Shipping calculates shipping based on distance from EM Distributing, box weight, and fuel surcharges.
  • I forgot my password. How do I retrieve it?
    At the Account Log In screen, click ‘Forgot your Password’.  Then, type in your email address and you will be prompted to change your password.
  • What are your store policies?
    You can find these by clicking the Policies button towards the top of the page to view all store policies including our Privacy policy, Security Policy, Shipping Policy and Return Policy. 

Order Status

  • Has my order shipped?
    Most orders received before 2:30pm CST ship the same day. Large (pallet) orders will leave our facility in a couple of days so that a carrier can be contracted.
  • How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?
    Please call Customer Service toll free 888-389-0622 for changes to your order
  • How do I track my order?
    1. Log into your account
    2. Under Manage Account, click on View Order Status
  • My order never arrived.
    Please call toll free 888-389-0622 or email us at info@emdistributing.com and a Customer Service representative will  flag your account for investigation and track your shipment.

Pricing and Billing

  • Do I have to pay sales tax?
    Wholesale customers should have submitted a State Tax Exemption form when establishing the wholesale account and, therefore, would not be charged sales tax.
  • When will my credit card be charged?
    Your credit card will be charged at order entry but may take 24-48 hours to appear on your statement.

  • What is the return policy?
    Please click on the Policies tab towards the top of the page for all store policies including our Privacy policy, Security Policy, Shipping Policy and Return Policy.

Buyers’ Guide

  • How do I use a coupon code?
    You can use the coupon code in two places: 1. at the checkout screen,  enter the coupon code in the corresponding box or 2. call our Customer Service Department to place you order and mention the coupon code. The discount will automatically reduce the total by the discount of the current promotion (if you meet the specifications laid out by that promotion).
